WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT
This project is being built to support the people who teach, lead, and shape equestrianism — across disciplines, systems, and settings.
Our aim is to create something larger than any single organisation, while actively championing the work already being done well: coach support, education, courses, CPDs, and initiatives that align with a more ethical, thoughtful future for equestrianism.
It exists to strengthen coaching as a profession — supporting the art, science, and business of coaching — while keeping horse welfare at the centre of every decision.
We are creating a space for thoughtful, ethical, modern coaching: one that recognises the human behind the coach, values cross-discipline learning, understands that meaningful change begins in day-to-day coaching processes and lessons, and understands that how we coach shapes public trust in equestrianism, building community rather than division.
This is not a course, a quick fix, or a glossy rider product. It is a long-term project for professionals — and those training to become them — designed to raise standards, support coaches properly, and contribute to a more humane, sustainable future for horses in our lives.

This project is for you if you are:

a groundwork, horsemanship, liberty or behaviour-focused coach

a freelance or employed equestrian coach or instructor

a riding school coach or educator

an equestrian sports coach (any discipline: Dressage, Working Equitation, Show-Jumping, Eventing, Endurance, Western disciplines etc)

an equine therapist who also teaches horse owners/carers

a fitness/wellness professional focusing on co-coaching riders

someone who cares about welfare, clarity, and professionalism

someone who wants to keep learning — without being told what to think
