The Skills Lab events are designed to create a supportive, interactive, and educational space for riders and horse owners to explore and develop key skills essential for effective horsemanship. These sessions will emphasise practical, hands-on learning in a relaxed and fun classroom-style setting, allowing participants to engage deeply with key topics before applying them in their riding and horse management.

Centred around:

  • development of physical, emotional and mental skillset in owner and their horse(s).

  • community building around mindful, thoughtful training of horses & people

  • Offer themed, interactive sessions where participants can explore different facets of horse management and riding preparation.

We created these events to give horse owners a space to grow—not just in their horsemanship skills but in confidence, understanding, and connection.

So much of good horsemanship happens before we ever get in the saddle. By focusing on the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of working with horses, these sessions help owners develop awareness, clarity, and thoughtful handling strategies.

Beyond learning, we want this to be a supportive community where progress happens at a comfortable pace, free from pressure. A space where horse owners can ask questions, refine their skills, and enjoy the journey of becoming more mindful, attuned partners for their horses.
